Customer Service

Today I read an article called “Paying the Price for Poor Service”. It says that 33% of customers switch companies because of a rude customer service rep. 26% because of being bounced between reps. The smaller percentages were for waiting too long for an inquiry to be resolved, being pressured to purchase something (I hate that!), and changing policies without warning. At Beaty Fertilizer, we try our very best to take care of our customers. Not just because we want your business, but because you deserve our best service, and we really do care.

What is the number one reason YOU would stop buying from a company?

I do stop buying from a company with poor customer service. However, I will first try to resolve the issue with a manager/supervisor. If I am not satisfied with how this person treats me, I will write and call the owner of the company to let them know of my efforts to remain a loyal customer. Finally, I will look for a company like yours who regards me as a person and appreciates my business.

Sue, I’m so sorry I’m just now seeing this comment. We get hundreds of spam comments, and yours got lost among all those. Thank you for commenting. And I’m so glad you know we appreciate every one of our customers!
